Production Line Equipment

Graphic Label supplies software and hardware for agricultural production lines. Hardware includes a robust conveying system to bring cases onto and through the Line Director "stamping" system. The conveying system includes a speed-up belt, a highly accurate in motion scale and a smooth belt ink jet print table. The hardware also includes a Markem Imaje pigmented wax ink jet system, the "gold standard" for text, image and barcode case coding.

The software core is the Line Director system. Version 1.0 is built with visual basic using a 2000 SQL database. Version 2.0 is built with .net using a 2007 SQL database. Always planning for the future, Line Director is currently ready to meet the Produce Traceability Initiative with 100% scanable GTIN barcode case coding using the wax based Markem-Imaje ink. Line Director software provides all applicable traits needed for traceability instantly through the unique case level license plate identifier within Line Director.

Graphic Label also provides software modules for Line Director to communicate with warehouse management and account systems within your warehouse.
